Ms. Micheline Joseph Khawand made a prominent name for herself in the beauty industry, especially through the creation of her TOBT (Training of Beauty Trainers) program, certified by the Ministry of Economy, assisting cosmetic trainers in all training methods and helping them develop their skills.
The comprehensive TOBT program revolutionized the world of beauty, teaching trainers to communicate aesthetics to their students in the most modern ways and achieve leadership in the field.
This program is one of its kind, being the first in the Middle East to connect Arab experts to the world.

Who can attend the TOBT program?
Anyone who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the aesthetics field, has attended previous courses and workshops, and holds a BT Diploma in Aesthetics from Lebanon or its equivalent in any other country.

Hands-on Student Training
Apprentice trainers will be required to assist and follow up on students working with clients, gaining experience as they motivate students and deal with different cases
Training duration: 5 sessions
Session duration: 3 hours
Total hours of practice: 15 hours
The apprentice trainer will then train a student privately during a full
2-day course. They will be assessed based on the plan, preparation, and presentation they provide and on the student’s feedback about them.
After the 2-day course, apprentice trainers will participate in a trial workshop comprised of 2-4 students. Trainers are expected to present a full preparation for the workshop.
